Project Description
PT Sinar Alam Cakrabuana was entrusted with the complete design, fabrication, installation, and testing and commissioning of the air-conditioning (HVAC) system at a large-scale factory production facility in West Java.
Scope of Work
- Procurement and installation of a 500 TR water-cooled chiller.
- Installation of a cooling tower, Air Handling Units (AHUs), and Fan Coil Units (FCUs).
- Fabrication and installation of air ducting, including thermal insulation.
- Installation of the chilled water piping system.
- Installation of industrial exhaust and ventilation systems.
- Testing, adjusting, and balancing (TAB) of the overall air system.
Results
The project was completed on schedule, with precise installation and no workplace accidents (Zero Accident). The production-area cooling system is operating to maintain room humidity and temperature in line with food and beverage (F&B) manufacturing standards.
