MEP Scope of Work
Mechanical
- Mechanical system and industrial machinery installation.
- HVAC systems, including chillers, cooling towers, AHU/FCU, ducting, ventilation, and exhaust.
- Industrial process piping, boiler and steam systems, compressed air systems, and utility piping.
Electrical
- Medium- and low-voltage power distribution, including panels, transformers, switchgear, and backup generators.
- Power and control cabling with cable trays and ladders.
- Industrial automation, PLC/SCADA, industrial lighting, lightning protection, and grounding.
Plumbing
- Industrial clean-water distribution networks and pumping systems.
- Wastewater and stormwater drainage as well as water recycling systems.
- Water Treatment Plant (WTP) and Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) installation.
Fire Protection
- Fire hydrant, automatic sprinkler, and fire alarm systems.
- Fire suppression systems based on project requirements.
- Testing, commissioning, inspection, and scheduled maintenance when included in the project scope.
Engineering & Execution Capabilities
Depending on the project scope, MEP execution may include engineering and design, procurement, fabrication, installation, inspection, testing, and commissioning. QA/QC processes support material verification and system testing before handover.

Selected Project Experience
Factory HVAC System Installation
For a production facility project in West Java, SAC carried out the design, fabrication, installation, testing, and commissioning of an HVAC system. The published scope includes a 500 TR Water-Cooled Chiller, Cooling Tower, AHU/FCU, ducting, chilled water piping, industrial exhaust and ventilation, and system-wide Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing (TAB).
