HR & GA Manager

Position Overview

PT Sinar Alam Cakrabuana is seeking an experienced professional to join its Cirebon head office as an HR & GA Manager. This role is responsible for human resources management, general administration, and compliance with employment regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company’s recruitment, training, and employee development strategies.
• Manage personnel administration, including employment contracts, attendance, payroll, and BPJS Employment and Health coverage.
• Develop and update company regulations, HR standard operating procedures, and occupational health and safety policies aligned with ISO 45001.
• Manage office facilities, operational vehicles, and company assets (General Affairs).
• Coordinate with project management teams on workforce mobilization to project sites.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian manpower legislation, including the Job Creation Law, and related regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or Law.
• At least five years of experience as an HR Manager, preferably in construction or manufacturing.
• Knowledge of Indonesian employment regulations, BPJS, and Article 21 income tax.
• Experience implementing ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 requirements related to human resources.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with HR information systems and Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to work in Cirebon, West Java.
